Coffee Dripper von Graycano

 

Der Kaffee Dripper von Graycano ist der erste Coffee Dripper aus Aluminium mit einer High-End Technology Beschichtung. Aufgrund der geringen Wärmekapazität des Aluminiums wird schnell eine hohe Temperatur erreicht. Diese wird außerdem während des gesamten Brühvorgangs beibehalten. Dank des doppelwandigen Zylinders des Graycano wird die Wärme in der konischen Innenwand gespeichert und der Wärmeverlust verzögert.

Da der Kaffee nicht direkt mit dem Metall in Kontakt kommt, bleiben Aroma und Geschmack „rein und unberührt“. Die fruchtigen und blumigen Noten des Kaffees werden intensiv betont.

Die einzigartige V-förmige Struktur (Lava Ribs) ermöglicht die perfekte Extraktion. Durch die spiralförmige Form und Position der Rippen wird der natürliche Wasserfluss unterstützt. Das gleichmäßig feuchte Kaffeebett sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Extraktion des Kaffees. Das Ergebnis ist ein intensives Aroma.

Was ist ein Coffee Dripper?

Mit einem Dripper kannst du deinen Kaffee manuell zubereiten. Dabei wird die Pour Over Methode genutzt. Bei dieser Brühmethode wird der gemahlene Kaffee mit heißem Wasser übergossen und tropft dann in das gläserne Gefäß. Deshalb wird der Kaffee auch Drip Coffee genannt.
