Zur großen Nutzerschar dieses leichten und wendigen Mehrzweckkampfflugzeugs zählte auch die Schweiz, die im Eidgenössischen Flugzeugwerk Emmen die Endmontage der für die landeseigene Luftwaffe gedachten Exemplare übernahm. J-3033 war zuletzt Bestandteil der Fliegerstaffel 6. Sie ist eine von ehemals drei Milizpilotenstaffeln und ist in Payerne im Kanton Waadt (Vaud) zu Hause. Die Piloten der Staffel, die allesamt aus den französischsprachigen Kantonen der Schweiz kommen, erfüllen in der Staffel ihre Militärdienstpflicht und sind ansonsten in verschiedensten zivilen Berufen beheimatet.Verpassen Sie nicht die anderen zwei F-5 Modelle in Sonderbemalungen der Schweizer Luftwaffe, die parallel in einmalig limitierten Auflage für kurze Zeit erhältlich sind (Artikelnummern 572521 und 572538).
