Der Wein zeigt sich engmaschig, erdig, reif und gelbfruchtig, mit einer khlen, mineralischen Ader, sehr vital und lebendig. Nach einer langsamen Grung ber ein Jahr lang im groen Holzfass durfte der Wein bis in den August 2021 auf der Vollhefe reifen und wurde dann unfiltriert auf die Flasche

AT-BIO-402 Die kühlsten Parzellen Zillingers (nördlich exponiert, direkt am Waldrand, tiefgründiger Lehm-Lössboden) zählen zu den Zukunftslagen für Grünen Veltliner. Der Wein zeigt sich engmaschig, erdig, reif und gelbfruchtig, mit einer kühlen, mineralischen Ader, sehr vital und lebendig. Nach einer langsamen Gärung über ein Jahr lang im großen Holzfass durfte der Wein bis in den August 2021 auf der Vollhefe reifen und wurde dann unfiltriert auf die Flasche gezogen. Es wird empfohlen, ihn zu dekantieren.
