Polished Nakiri in 52100 w/ Cherry BurlThis Nakiri Chef Knife is forged from 52100 with a highly polished forged finish that measures 7 7 8 inches in the blade, 12 7 8 inches in overall length. It measures 1 8 inch thick on the spine at the ricasso and tapers to 3 32 at the tip. The handle construction consist of Stabilized Cherry Burl with a black bolster. About the Maker: Jesse Bruner owns and operates Forges and Torches in Eskridge, Kansas. He began blacksmithing in elementary school after purchasing a forge at a farm auction. In 2020 he began pursuing knife making more seriously. He primarily forges kitchen knives, while also maintaining a strong passion for daggers and swords.
