Roopak Punjabi Choley Masala PowderRoopak Punjabi Choley Masala Powder 100 gm, 500 gm Ingredients: Red Chillies, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cardamom Seeds, Nutmeg, Black Cumin, Cinnamon, Dry Ginger, Mace, Cloves Directions: Soak 1 cup rice for 30 minutes in water. Fry 1 sliced onions in 2 tbsp oil till golden brown. Add 1 chopped tomato & fry for 1 min. Add 2 tsp Roopak pulao Rice Masala & salt according to taste. Add 2cup semi boiled mixed vegetables & saute for 1 minAdd 2 cups of water

Roopak Punjabi Choley Masala Powder 100 gm, 500 gm

Ingredients:

Red Chillies, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cardamom-Seeds, Nutmeg, Black Cumin, Cinnamon, Dry Ginger, Mace, Cloves

Directions:

  • Soak 1 cup rice for 30 minutes in water. Fry 1 sliced onions in 2 tbsp oil till golden brown.

  • Add 1 chopped tomato & fry for 1 min.

  • Add 2 tsp Roopak pulao Rice Masala & salt according to taste.

  • Add 2cup semi boiled mixed vegetables & saute for 1 minAdd 2 cups of water &allow to boil.

  • Drain the water & allow to boil. 

  • Drain the water of presoaked rice and add to it cover the lid and cook on ow flame till rice absorbs all the water.

I love my 2001 E46 (325i), but one challenge is that the plastics no longer remain "dry" in the summer heat, instead becoming a sticky mess. Picked this up to replace my existing cup-holder. I was optimistic that the black carbon fiber mesh would blend in with my otherwise black interior, but it's not the same shade of black, so the new part looks a bit out of place. No worries, I just need more carbon fiber replacement components! This fits perfectly, snaps into place, and is definitely an improvement over ~25-year old plastic. Great value too, an inexpensive upgrade that has real functional improvements -- items in the cupholder no longer get discolored with "sticky" plastic in the sun.
