Robert van Gulik modeled Judge Dee on a magistrate of that name who lived in the seventh century, and he drew on stories and literary conventions of Chinese mystery writing dating back to the Sung dynasty to construct his ingenious plots. Murder in Canton takes place in the year 680, as Judge Dee, recently promoted to lord chief justice, is sent incognito to Canton to investigate the disappearance of a court censor. With the help of his trusted lieutenants Chiao Tai and Tao Gan, and that of a clever blind girl who collects crickets, Dee solves a complex puzzle of political intrigue and murder through the three separate subplots the vanished censor, the Smaragdine dancer, and the Golden Bell. Beautiful, and everything I want it except that the keyboard keys didn’t work😭

I searched and search for the right keyboard case for me. The most important thing for me was to be able to remove the iPad case itself from the whole case and keyboard, and this one was it. Unfortunately, when I started checking the keyboard a lot of The keys were not output in the correct symbol or letters. So defeats the whole purpose of having a keyboard. I returned it and asked for a replacement, thinking that the item was defected, but when I got the New replacement, it was the same thing so I tried to contact the seller, but there was no option to do that. Therefore, I had to return the second replacement keyboard and look for another keyboard cover.

Great quality at a remarkable price

I got an iPad and was looking for a cover to protect it. I came across this case that has a Bluetooth keyboard. It seems to be working great. It was less than $30 and had 4.5 stars with over 4k reviews.
The keyboard is magnetic and detachable, so I’ve got lots of configuration options. The keyboard pairs easily and allows you to use the iPad like a laptop. The point of an iPad a lot in one shot is kind of the touchscreen, but when I’m typing a lot of text as once (like now), it’s really nice to have a physical keyboard and touchpad. The keys are comfortably spaced and I’m comfortable typing on it. There is no additional setup for the keyboard besides pairing it to the iPad. At that point, all the cursor and keyboard features are immediately available.
The case is well built and has nice features like a slot to hold a stylus and multiple grooves to set your viewing angle. It’s configured to be used in landscape mode, but if for some reason you wanted to use it in portrait mode, you can pop the keyboard off to lay it flat. Especially for the price, this is an exceptionally nice iPad cover.
