Active ingredients:
Arnica Montana Flower Tincture, Rosemary Oil, Menthol, Boswellia Carterii Extract. Also contains Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E.
Directions:
Apply on and around the painful areas and rub in. Repeat up to 5 times daily.
