Double vinyl LP pressing housed in a gatefold sleeve. The remarkable series of releases from the trio of Keiji Haino, Jim O'Rourke, and Oren Ambarchi continues with I wonder if you noticed "I'm sorry" Is such a lovely sound It keeps things from getting worse, which presents the entirety of an 80-minute set performed at Tokyo's SuperDeluxe in March 2014. While the trio's 2012 performance was divided into two releases the single extended performance presented here ranges widely over terrain both new and familiar, from acoustic strings and collective chants to thunderous power trio moves. Throughout all of it's transformations, the music here is some of the riskiest and most abstract the trio have yet committed to record. Beginning with chiming percussion reminiscent of Haino's 1995 classic Tenshi No Gijinka, the first side is dominated by Haino's impassioned vocals and performance on the bulgari, a traditional Turkish string instrument. The end of the second side presents a special treat: Haino's first recorded outing on the contrabass harmonica, from which he coaxes bizarre, wheezing textures against a backdrop of spacious bass and percussion. O'Rourke and Ambarchi rarely adopt here the classic rock roles essayed on earlier releases. O'Rourke's bass, which takes center-stage surprisingly often, is sometimes so heavily processed by his array of pedals that it becomes a shifting electronic mass; at other times his roving chromaticism suggests a sort of fuzzed-out free jazz. Ambarchi spends much of the set exploring areas of tumbling free pulse; and even when he locks into a constantly repeated figure on the set's third side, he gestures as much toward Ronald Shannon Jackson's stuttering marching band funk as toward any classic rock moves. When the trio finally moves in the final quarter of the performance into an extended passage of rock riffing, the payoff is immense, as they craft a thudding one-chord epic reminiscent of some of the early Fushitsusha classics before Haino returns to the bulgari, bringing the set back to where it began. Continuing to explore new instrumental and dynamic possibilities while remaining grounded in the trio's previous work, this set also brings with it a unique pleasure for the non-Japonophone listener: for the first time Haino sings many of his metaphysically brooding lyrics in English. Gatefold sleeve with gorgeous photographs by Jim O'Rourke, designed by Stephen O'Malley. Cut by Rashad Becker at Dubplates & Mastering, Berlin.

Excellant value
Special Size: Wide Leg Crop, Size: 14, Color: Rinse, Special Size: Wide Leg Crop, Size: 14, Color: Rinse
Purchased the “cropped” length. I am 5ft 3.5 inch. Weight 170lbs (42 inch hip/38 inch waist) normally wear a size 10/12 or 31 in jeans, depending on the brand. I ordered up at 14 for these based on other reviewers. (When held up to other jeans they were the same as a Talbots 10 at the waist)
Prewash they felt good, a little big& length hit at the top of my foot. After wash and dry, the fit was almost perfect and the length was at lower ankle. Ordering up is probably the right choice, although I think I could have been comfortable in a 12 (with no drying). They are a tad bit too long for a “cropped” look IMO. The wide leg is a true wide leg and falls straight from the waist. The material is heavy and there is almost no give/stretch - so a traditional denim. This is the dark blue and it is a true dark blue. You can’t beat the price, excellent value.

Cropped ones are better, size issue with full length pants
Special Size: Wide Leg, Size: 18, Color: Authentic Medium Wash
These are very small in the waist and about 8 inches too long (and I'm not even that short). Very well constructed though so I'll keep them on hand as I'm on a weight loss journey. These were an 18 and fit more like a larger 14.
The cropped ones are AWESOME. I ordered a second pair in a different color. They fit absolutely perfectly and hit me around the ankle length wise. Adore them.

GET THESE JEANS!!
Special Size: Wide Leg Crop, Size: 12, Color: Iced Blue Light Wash, Special Size: Wide Leg Crop, Size: 12, Color: Iced Blue Light Wash
I ordered these jeans because they were recommended by a youtube influencer and I have 0 regrets! They are a fairly heavy denim with just the right amount of stretch to them. I'd consider them to be mid to high waisted since the closure is right below my belly button. However, if I hike them up a bit they sit right above the belly button. I washed and dried them with little to no shrinkage. Length-wise they're slightly cropped on me, and fall right above the ankle. These jeans are honestly SO versatile because they look great with ballet flats, heels, tennis shoes, AND suede or leather ankle boots! Since I couldn't decide, I ordered them in two colors (iced blue light wash & medium blue vintage), and I love them both!! For reference, I'm 5'6 and 170 lbs. I ordered size 12 and they fit great. Highly recommend. You CANNOT beat the price for this level of quality in my opinion!!

My everyday Jean
Special Size: Wide Leg Crop, Size: 8, Color: Medium Blue Vintage
They don’t have much of a stretch to them but they do get a bit more lose around the waist when you wearing often. Got a size 8 was tight but after a few uses they got perfect. Be Definitely is a thick jean material tucks in any unwanted over hang. Don’t tumble dry they do shrink

Good Jean for the price waist hips run small
Special Size: Wide Leg, Size: 18, Color: Black
These pants are good for the price. I needed a pair of wide leg black jeans and the price on these was good. Reviews said the waist was small. I’m a 16/18. Got an 18. And the high waist (up to my belly button) fits snug but has a little give. Still comfortable to wear. The butt thigh area fits snugger than most wide leg pants but again not so tight or uncomfortable to not wear. The fabric is a brushed Jean fabric not just a woven cotton Jean so dog hair sticks to it like glue. They are a heavy quality fabric so not a summer pant. They are a keeper for me. If a gain a few pounds I can these being a no go.
