Para este Reserva Rosé foi selecionada a casta Tinto Cão, uma das castas mais singulares do Douro que se caracteriza por ter cacho pequeno e película densa. Evidenciando uma acidez cativante, taninos suaves e robustos, esta casta confere uma boa capacidade de envelhecimento, longevidade e frescura. Um rosé elegante, amplo e complexo que estagiou na adega da Quinta de S. Luiz.
De cor salmão, este é um vinho onde os aromas de groselha e romã se destacam num bouquet de frutas frescas e memorias florais. I hate washing dishes so I use these Dixie plates a lot and they are STURDY. They will carry a whole meal without wilting. The rim is deep enough that, should you be so inclined, you could eat ice cream out of them without any dripping or drooping worries. So something like spaghetti or lasagna would be easily handled. For a picnic or a walking-around party they would be the best for preventing spills. But what I enjoy is their versatility. You can even rinse them off and use them again if they've had light use.
