Double vinyl LP pressing. First ever reissue and first time on vinyl for this unique Flying Saucer Attack live album, expanded with additional material and a new side four mix from Jim O'Rourke. Produced in collaboration with Dave Pearce/FSA and Bruce Russell (compiler of the original CD release for his Corpus Hermeticum label), featuring new artwork by Bruce Russell as well. While rightly known for the folk-influenced songs and spacey instrumentals of their proper albums, the briefly active live version of FSA unexpectedly delivered a blistering wave of electric sound. Recorded at various shows in 1994, In Search Of Spaces heaves with long passages of feedback guitar racket, broken up by sections of surging rock music. The live band focused almost exclusively on visceral, trebly guitar noise-which, while always a key element in their sound, was greeted by audiences with total mystification (and often disapproval). Following a few brief attempts to settle a lineup and play songs from their records, Dave Pearce/FSA abandoned live performance altogether, leaving behind this album as the sole document of his in-person delivery. Originally compiled and released in 1996, this reissue adds several minutes of music back to the original program that had been edited out by FSA for being "too rock." For side four, Jim O'Rourke revisited the original 1994 live tapes and has made a spooky and brooding new mix of music exclusive to this release.

Engaging, well researched, well written and easy to understand!

This is the first time I have read a book of David Jeremiah. I think I have seen him preach on Television at my parent's place when I was on holidays one Sunday morning.
This is a very well researched book, that is easy to read, and not too complicated to follow. It is not dry or overly theological like some books tend to be and I have found what I have read so far to be very engaging and the book is a real page turner.
I love the subject of Revelations and I find that many of the people who write a lot of them have really differing ideas and a lot of opinion. It is refreshing to see an author do a lot of research and find an amazing amount of quotes to back up what he is saying, yet at the same time be engaging and not dry.
I find that at 20% of a book read, that I have already decided whether to shelve a book, or to continue reading in a second session and this will be a book that I read right to its end. As a write myself, I am so impressed with the simplicity of the authors writing, and the subjects that he covers extensively, and yet dare I say it again in an engaging way that is not dry at all.
The way he opens each topic up and uses stories, Bible verses and quotes to back up everything he says is the skill of a master communicator.

Right on the Money!!
Format: Hardcover
I'm not even half way through this book, but it is remarkably accurate!! Dr. Jeremiah goes through our past 50-60 years, explaining HOW we've gotten to where we are today. We have allowed God and faith to be shunned by society, embracing a more "evolved" way of thinking. It's astounding to read, and reflect upon. We often hear the phrase "end days" and for a long time, I've kind of just nodded in agreement, but this book puts it all in order, and clearly reveals what has taken place, and puts you in the mindset of looking towards the SURE return of Christ in the not so distant future. We are at the stage of Sodom and Gomorrah, and this book will show you why.
I would highly recommend this read for those who are interested in how we got here and where we're at now.

Very relavant for today's times
Format: Hardcover
I sometimes felt isolated when it came to reading the bible and then looking up at the news and seeing the parallels and then I found this book. Then I discovered Turning Points and the best minster I ever listened to. Unfortunately he is in San Diego but thanks to modern technology I can listen to him anywhere and anytime. I'm a history buff, but the stories he pulls from the past are none I had heard. His knowledge base of the bible is unmatched in my opinion. He brings past events, the modern nightmare of the world and the bible all together. You can't put it down. After your done you don't feel scared because you know where your salvation lies. It just feels better when you know someone older and wiser than you sees what you see. Now the book will make the round of a small circle of my Christian friends.

I liked the book because it gave encouragement for these days as well as warning others about the approaching Tribulation. I didn't have any criticisms. I think this is a good book for our times to be read by those who seek to prepare.
