山梔子是台灣最美麗的黃色，從台中、南投、彰化、嘉義到台南都有種植。
可惜的是，那些梔子被採收後不在台灣用，都是出口的。
梔子可以染布，也能添加在食品中是非常安全的天然染料，但目前都被台灣逐漸淡了。
早時台灣的夏天，街上常見賣著的亮黃色粉粿，淋上精心熬煮的糖漿、加點碎冰很清涼，是有著台灣特色的庶民甜點，如今那美麗的亮黃色卻用黃色4號色素替代了。
令人遺憾的是，這麼美麗的天然黃染，身在產地的我們卻無緣使用⋯
亮黃色粉粿作法
材料：300克粉粿粉、1000cc冷水、5克山梔子果實
做法：1.先取500cc冷水攪拌粉粿粉成粉漿。
2.另取500cc冷水放入5公克山梔子煮沸。
3.待水沸騰，山梔子將水染黃，將果實撈出丟棄。
4.轉小火，把粉漿徐徐邊攪拌邊慢慢倒入黃水中。
5.持續攪拌直到水被收乾（成不均勻半透明也沒關係）
6.將半透明粉粿置入電鍋中蒸5分鐘。
7.待其全部變透明，冷卻後即可切塊食用。

Me gusta por no tener sabor
Me gustó pero es muy poco el contenido. Creí que traía dos unidades y no. Creo que me confundí.
Me gusta porque es sin sabor y puedes utilizarlas con diferentes bebidas sin alterarles el sabor. No puedo hablar mucho del resultado porque al ser poca entiendo que debía tomar por mas tiempo.
