Makita, a pioneer in brushless motor technology and battery innovation, combines both in the 18-Volt X2 LXT (36V) Lithium-Ion Brushless 7-1/4 in. Circular Saw Kit (XSH06PT). It's powered by two 18-Volt LXT Lithium-Ion batteries for maximum performance, and has an electronically-controlled BL Brushless motor that matches torque and RPM to the application. Makita 18-Volt X2 means freedom from the cord, even for demanding applications like cutting sheet and dimensional lumber that traditionally called for a corded saw. Best of all, users can remain in 1 battery platform, using the same fast-charging 18-Volt batteries with the XSH06PT as they use across the expansive Makita 18-Volt LXT cordless tool system. The XSH06PT has a long list of features for efficient cutting without the cord. The electronically-controlled brushless motor delivers a full 6,000 RPM for efficient cutting, with Automatic Speed Change technology to adjust the cutting speed and torque under load for optimum performance. In internal testing, the XSH06PT made up to 600 cross-cuts per charge in 2x4 SPF lumber using 2 fully-charged 5.0Ah batteries. Added features include a large 2-11/16 in. cutting capacity at 90°, and an electric brake for maximum productivity. The saw has a die-cast magnesium base and blade guard with die-cast aluminum blade cover and motor housing, which combines durability with less weight (only 10.4 lbs. with batteries, sold separately).- California residents

Great addition to our home
Model: Model B with Removable Tray
Putting together took a little time but instructions included were easy for me to follow. Putting the screws in for the shelves required a little work to get then started but nothing that I would say would be a problem to do. It is very sturdy and looks great in our room we are transforming into a hangout/bar area. I can't wait to get all my accessories in to add to it and display all my nice bottles I have. Great cart for the price.

My Cart Worked Out Perfectly For Me - Update: I got a second cart
Model: Model B with Removable Tray
Delivered sooner than promised. All pieces were present. All parts were in good condition. Assembly was done by a professional who thought the product was well done and needed very few adjustments. The cart rolls smoothly, is very sturdy, is a great size, looks attractive and is perfect for my needs. I would order one of these again.
Update: I did get a second cart and I am just as happy with this second one as I have been with the first one.

Looks expensive. Wheels could be better.

This got RAVE reviews when I wheeled it into a neighbor’s Thanksgiving celebration. The guests thought it was WAY more expensive than I paid. That said, the wheels aren’t all that great; the cart got stuck going into and out of the elevator. I had to lift the cart to get it over the track. But overall, I really like it. One caution. Read the instructions carefully so that the wine racks fit. I didn’t assemble it correctly, and it became apparent when the wine racks would not fit. But I was able to quickly disassemble the necessary sections, and reassemble them quickly.
