- Four-door, four-section pizza/deli prep table with 42.2 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage.
- Stainless steel exterior construction with a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior liner.
- 19-inch reversible polyethylene cutting board and refrigerated pan rail for fast ingredient access.
- Holds up to five full-size pans on top, with space for pans up to 6 inches deep.
- Side-mounted self-contained refrigeration uses R290 refrigerant and adaptive defrost to help maintain 36°-38°F.
- Pre-wired 115V operation with NEMA 5-15P plug and standard 3-inch casters for mobility.
