SwitchPath™ retains the factory valve behavior and obeys the Golf R’s ECU commands based on throttle input, engine speed, and Drive Select. Sneaking out in the morning or creeping through town? Close the valve. Ready to rip? Toggle into Dynamic and your Golf R will sing a signature AWE tune with enhanced crackles that will provoke a firm grin. And we made it easy to convert between SwitchPath™ and Track Edition if you decide at a later date to change your volume with our Conversion Kit. Easy. AWE SwitchPath™ comes standard with 102mm double-walled, slash-cut tips in your choice of Chrome Silver or Diamond Black, complete with stamped AWE logo. If you're interested in push button mood control beyond what the factory wanted for you... you're in luck. The AWE SwitchPath™ Remote and accompanying control box (both sold separately) overrides the factory valving to allow the exhaust valves, whether it be on the AWE SwitchPath™ Exhaust or the stock exhaust, to be opened or closed manually via the SwitchPath™ Remote. This is a well made valet. It is just the right size for the small table that I wanted it for. The leather seems of good quality and the silver metal accent gives it a nice touch that blends well with my decor! This is definitely a nice buy if you are looking for a valet! For my needs, I wanted one with a leather interior vs the velvet or suede so it would be easier to clean - this fit the bill!
