They are tested with 250V on plates and G2 and 12V on G1, 100% for NOS tube is 75mA, the results are: Tube No1: 79mA Tube No2: 83mA They come without original boxes, I've got these tubes in a bundle of more than 1000 tubes I've bought 20 years ago. I can't say if they are NOS or not, but according to test results and visual appearance of the tubes
