📌香噴噴推薦煮法：
參考食材：
1、水
2、青花椒川麻鍋燉包
3、花椒
4、辣豆瓣醬
5、麻辣醬
6、肉末、香菇、蒜頭、酸菜些許即可
7、肉片、豆腐、鴨血、青菜、火鍋料
大廚步驟：
1、空鍋下油，倒入花椒小火翻炒，炒出香氣後與其餘香料包進滷包裡。
2、花椒油依序放入肉末、香菇、蒜頭、酸菜炒香，倒入辣豆瓣醬與麻辣醬炒均勻。用2500～3000的水加入燉包再放入豆腐鴨血及喜愛的食材與調味料小火煮至入味即可
📍不夠辣者可自行加入辣粉或辣油調整辣度。
