Nanami Takeuchi aka Nana Sometimes Draws draws inspiration from Japanese mythology and folklore to explore her heritage, creating new narratives for well-loved and lesser-known mythical creatures. Drawing with traditional brush pens, fine liners and anything that will create interesting textures. Riso printing brings her great joy, she enjoys seeing the lines and textures translate to print in these bold fluorescent colours depicting cute and slightly gruesome scenes.
