Dakota Lithium PowerStation 2400 Portable Power Station

Portable power that can actually carry the load

The Dakota Lithium PowerStation 2400 is built for situations where smaller power stations stop being useful. With 2048Wh of LiFePO4 battery capacity and 2400W of pure sine wave AC output, it gives you enough power for real backup use, off-grid trips, mobile work, and everyday devices that need more than a quick top-up.

It can run up to 8 devices at the same time, making it a practical fit for everything from refrigerators and freezers to laptops, phones, tools, and smaller appliances. Whether it is sitting in the garage for outage backup or heading out to camp, the PS2400 is designed to be a serious portable power source, not just a large battery pack.

Enough output for home backup, field work, and off-grid use

A lot of portable power stations are fine for charging small electronics but start to feel limited the moment you plug in something more demanding. The PS2400 is built to avoid that problem.

With 2400W rated AC output and 4800W peak power, it has the headroom to handle larger loads and startup surges more confidently than lower-output units. The pure sine wave inverter also makes it a better fit for sensitive electronics and everyday appliances that need clean, stable power.

A more useful mix of outlets

The PS2400 is set up to cover a wide range of power needs without making you choose between one type of device and another.

It includes:

  • 1 x 30A 110V/60Hz NEMA L5-30R locking receptacle
  • 3 x standard 20A 110V/60Hz AC outlets
  • 1 x 12V/10A car light socket
  • 2 x 12V/5A DC barrel outputs
  • 2 x USB-A ports up to 18W
  • 2 x USB-C ports up to 100W
  • 10W wireless charging

That gives you a lot more flexibility when you are running a mix of household gear, work equipment, and personal electronics all from the same unit.

Fast recharging without being tied to one source

One of the better parts of the PS2400 is that it is not locked into a single charging method. It comes with a built-in charger and removable charging cable, and it supports multiple recharge options depending on where you are using it.

You can recharge from:

  • AC wall power
  • Solar panels
  • 12V or 24V vehicle charging

The unit supports 100 to 130V AC input at up to 1500W, 12 to 75V solar input up to 30A max, and car charging up to 192W max. That makes it a more practical option for people who want to use it at home, on the road, or in off-grid situations without building their routine around one charging method.

Better day-to-day usability

The PS2400 is not just about output. It also includes the smaller details that make it easier to live with once you actually start using it.

There is an advanced display for tracking system status and power flow, plus Bluetooth monitoring and control through the DL Power Station app for both iOS and Android. That gives you real-time visibility into what the unit is doing without having to walk over and check the screen every time.

It also includes a built-in 5W floodlight with three brightness levels, plus strobe and SOS modes, which comes in handy during outages, night setups, roadside stops, and campsite use.

Useful as backup, not just portable convenience power

The PS2400 also includes UPS functionality with a 10ms switching time, which makes it more useful for backup applications where brief interruptions matter. That can be especially helpful for keeping important electronics, routers, office gear, and similar equipment powered through short outages or power dips.

Expandable when one unit is not enough

For buyers who need more runtime, the PS2400 can be connected 2-in-parallel, and the parallel cable is included. That brings total capacity up to 4120Wh, giving you a straightforward way to scale up without jumping into a more permanent installed system.

Built around LiFePO4 for longer service life

Inside the unit is a built-in Dakota Lithium LiFePO4 battery, chosen for long-term durability, stable performance, and better cycle life than older battery chemistries. It is paired with a Battery Management System (BMS) that helps protect against overcharging, overheating, and short circuits, which adds another layer of safety for both storage and everyday use.

Compact enough to move, substantial enough to matter

For the amount of power it delivers, the PS2400 stays relatively manageable. It measures 16.9 inches long, 11.8 inches wide, and 11 inches high, with a total weight of 55 lbs.

It is still a substantial unit, which is exactly what you would expect from a power station designed to do more than run a few small electronics. At the same time, it remains portable enough for home backup, jobsite use, vehicle-based setups, and off-grid travel.

Built for real-world conditions

The PS2400 is designed to operate in a wide range of environments, with an operating temperature of 32°F to 104°F and a storage temperature of -4°F to 114°F. Charging is supported between 32°F and 104°F, helping it perform reliably across typical field and backup-use conditions.

Certifications and warranty

The PS2400 is built with quality and transport compliance in mind, including:

  • UL1642 certified
  • Tested per IEC62133
  • Tested per UN 38.3
  • Compliant with US and international transport regulations
  • ISO 9001:2015 quality control

It is backed by a 5-year manufacturer’s defect warranty.

Good start to a series
Format: Kindle
I delayed reading the series for reasons I don’t remember. But my TBR list is huge so I thought I’d take a shot of this and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn’t think the blurb about it was anything special. But it was a very good book. It took some interesting twists and turns. I am so glad the second book is already out. Because I would not have waited patiently. Very slow burn but good storyline. 🔥🔥/5

A good read
Format: Kindle
Multiple points of view. 3 Alpha men and an Omega male. She is a Beta in training for a new program placing betas in Alpha/Omega packs. Mila is only doing the program for the money to take care of her dad. She wasn't expecting to fall for a pack but when she sees this packs Omega she is done for. There is just something about him. His Alphas are good looking as well. Too bad she is hiding a secret and their government is acting shady. I liked it and can't wait to see where their story goes.

Slightly repetitive but I did love some things
Format: Kindle
I love this type of story. And omegaverse is one of my all time favorite genres. But there are a few things that pulled me out of my enjoyment while I was reading. It was repetitive at times as well as struggled with telling not showing. So we didn’t always feel like we were experiencing things with the main character. There were also some plot holes but they may still be answered in part 2. Now this isn’t to be said I didn’t enjoy parts of the story. I loved the almost instant love between Mila and Oliver. And how he started changing around her.

not bad
Format: Kindle
I loved the plot of this book. The characters just didn’t have a lot of depth. The connections and “love” just weren’t communicated very well in the writing. The author didn’t write the sweet psycho trope very well at all either. Lachlan was just a mess of a character.
