The A-arm Spacer in HD version has been designed from scratch by RS-Ultimate with extreme usage in mind. The 85mm Sergeant lift is a must-have element when lifting the Jeep WJ/WG by 2/3 inches, ensuring proper rear suspension operation. The spacer optimizes the axle and A-arm angles in the ideal working position. This component has been created for the most demanding drivers who expect maximum safety from tuning parts. The lift is made of two 3mm thick sheets and three turned bushings made of hard steel with a diameter of up to 28mm, with each wall thickness measuring 5mm. The bushings feature special collars that support the reinforcing plates, and the entire construction is solidly welded. Only this type of construction ensures 100% safety during off-road driving. The spacer kit includes special extended M14 bolts, which ensure a solid connection of the components.
The entire kit is coated with an anti-corrosive primer and powder-coated with a base coat, ensuring long-term, trouble-free use.
All elements are laser-cut using CNC machines, bent on CNC bending machines, and welded by licensed welders. Only with such technology are we able to guarantee full repeatability and precise quality of execution.
