2009 release from the Brooklyn Alt-Pop trio. Lemonade is Callan Clendenin, Alex Pasternak and Ben Steidel, originally from San Francisco but now based in Brooklyn. Lemonade became a firm fixture on San Francisco's underground, playing everything from basement shows to warehouses, dance clubs to DIY venues, art galleries to rooftops, where their eruptive and exhilarating live experience managed to unify diverse crowds in rapturous euphoria. The album was recorded and mixed by Chris Coady (TV on the Radio, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, !!!, Blonde Redhead) at Stay Gold in Brooklyn and it takes the listener on a rollercoaster ride through the band's many musical influences. Grime and Dubstep form the undertones but the band pull everything from Drone to Dancehall to Acid House into the mix, and percussionist Alex's training in Arab and Latin music further broadens the music's sound palate. Strong Enough for BBQ Ribs, Pasta & Everything in Between!

These Dixie Ultra paper plates are truly the heavyweight champs of disposable dinnerware. I grabbed them for a backyard BBQ, expecting the usual paper plate struggle—but these held up like actual dinner plates. We piled on ribs, baked beans, coleslaw, and even mac & cheese, and not a single plate buckled, soaked through, or leaked.
At 11 inches, they’re large enough for full meals (and seconds!), and the cut-resistant coating means no forks poking through. They're also microwave-safe, which is great for leftovers. Whether it's dinner with kids, hosting guests, or avoiding dishes during busy weeks—these are now my go-to. Totally worth it!

Good quality, good buy.

I liked these plates more than I thought I would. The plates hold up well under load and don’t soak through like regular less expensive plates. The size is right for most meals and still not too big for just dessert. They worked great in the microwave and were easy to separate from the stack.
These came packed in a box with two stacks that were each wrapped in plastic to keep them clean in shipping and storage.
I will buy these again.
