This Oogie Boogie Santa Plush Hat. Is made from 100% polyesters. It was designed with the bug-filled boogie man in mind and features burlap style fabric created from soft polyester. It has velvet eyes, and menacing stuffed eyebrows. There is even a spider dangling from the tip of Oogie Boogie's characteristic and adjustable pointed head.
