Adam Naming the Animals and the Appearance of Eve
by Rosemarie Adcock.
60" x 72" oil on canvas

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth. Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over the cattle and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. And Out of the ground the Lord God formed every beast of the field and every bird of the sky and brought them to the man to see what he would call them; and whatever the man called a living creature, that was its name. Genesis 1:1,26-27; 2:19-20

In the beginning, God created everything that exists in 6 days, and declared the creation “Good.” After God created Adam, he gave him the task of naming all the animals, but God saw the man had no suitable companion. For the first time, God called it “not good” for Adam to be alone. It was at this time God made Eve and brought her to Adam. The generations that were recorded in the Bible began with this first man, Adam and his wife, Eve. In the Book of Luke, Chapter 3, Luke traces the generations before Jesus all the way back to Adam, the son of God.

In this painting Adam is choosing a name for his fish while Eve peers out of the branches to get a first glimpse of her new husband. All the animals included were the result of people’s votes in the earliest stages of the composition. Some of the animals may be unfamiliar, like the Philippine Tarsier hanging on the moose antler. Other animals are much more familiar, such as the artist’s tuxedo cat Ronnie sitting on Adam's knee.

Adam Naming the Animals received the Award for Excellence at the Museum of Art Florida

Best fun indestructible toy
Color: Crinkle Duck (Yellow), Size: Large
Truly indestructible no matter how much our oittie tries. She has owned it for three months works at destroying every day with no success. She carries it everywhere. Best purchase for chewer, more fun than the popular rubber heavy duty toy. Do not hesitate your pup will thank you for this fun distraction.

My dog loves this toy!
Color: Bunny (Gray), Size: Large, Color: Bunny (Gray), Size: Large
High quality, big toy, perfect for a medium to large size dog. After a few months of serious chewing I had to buy another one, but well worth the money! Rocky loves it.

Great toy but if your dog is an aggressive chewer, please think twice.
Color: Crinkle Chicken (Brown), Size: Large
I received this on May 23rd and on June 8th, after playing with this thing every day, our recently acquired 36 lb dog finally ripped it open and got out all the plastic and the squeaky part. Lily Belle will miss you, chicken. Lily loooooved this toy! She'd toss it in the air, chew on it, pull it with her teeth etc. but as much as she loved it, we won't replace it. It's just not durable enough for her. If your dog is an aggressive chewer, you might want to try a different toy. I hate that this lasted just a smidge over two weeks because Lily seemed to truly enjoy this toy. RIP, squeaky chicken!

Amazing and cute
Size: Small, Color: Pink, Size: Small, Color: Pink
I have a puppy who absolutely adores her toys, especially now that she’s teething! I picked out some pink ones that are just right for her—she’s only 2 1/2 months old and weighs 2 lbs. The best part is the variety of toys she loves to play with.

Built to Chew, Designed to Last – A Teething Pup’s Best Friend!
Size: Small, Color: Pink
These puppy chew toys are adorable and well made! I picked the pink set for my girl, but they come in several color options to suit any pup’s personality. So far, she hasn’t destroyed a single one — which says a lot, because she’s definitely in her teething phase. That said, I do wish she’d chew on the toys more than she chews on me — ha! She seems to enjoy them most when I’m playing with her, so they’ve become a fun bonding tool. I also really appreciate that a couple of the toys can hold small treats. That keeps her entertained a bit longer and gives my hands a much-needed break. Overall, this is a great little starter kit for teething puppies. Durable, cute, and interactive — we’re both happy with it!
