Rushing to get ready and your hair's a mess? Whether you're heading to work in Sydney or meeting mates for brunch in Adelaide, frizzy or unruly hair can throw off your whole morning. This electric straightening brush combines the ease of a comb with professional heat styling, giving you sleek, salon-smooth results in minutes—no salon price tag required.

Why Customers Love It

Heats Up in Seconds
PTC ceramic heating technology reaches optimal styling temperature in under 60 seconds. No more waiting around—just plug in, heat up, and you're ready to go.
💧
Works on Wet Hair
Straight out of the shower? No worries. This brush is designed to safely style damp or dry hair, cutting your morning routine in half without the damage.
🛡️
Anti-Scald Bristle Tips Protect
Heat-resistant bristle tips keep the hot plate away from your scalp, so you can style confidently without burns or discomfort—even if you're new to heat tools.
Versatile Styling in One
Straighten, smooth, or add volume with a single tool. The aluminium ceramic plate distributes heat evenly for consistent results across all hair types and textures.

PTC Quick Heating for Busy Mornings

PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) technology heats the ceramic plate rapidly and maintains a stable temperature throughout styling. Whether you're getting ready for a meeting in the CBD or prepping for a weekend away in the Blue Mountains, you'll have smooth, frizz-free hair in minutes without multiple passes.

Safe for Wet and Dry Hair

Unlike traditional flat irons, this brush is engineered to handle damp hair straight from the shower. The ceramic plate and bristle design allow moisture to evaporate safely while styling, so you can skip the blow-dryer and still get a polished finish—perfect for humid Queensland summers or quick touch-ups before heading out.

Anti-Scald Design for Everyday Use

The heat-resistant bristle tips create a protective barrier between the hot ceramic plate and your scalp. You can glide the brush through your hair from root to tip without worrying about accidental burns, making it ideal for daily styling or if you're sharing it with family members who are less experienced with heat tools.

“I've got thick, wavy hair and this brush has been a game-changer for my morning routine in Melbourne. Heats up fast, glides through easily, and I can use it on damp hair after the gym. No more spending 20 minutes with a flat iron and round brush.”

Matt R. · Melbourne, VIC
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“Bought this for quick touch-ups before work and it's brilliant. The bristles don't burn my scalp like my old straightener did, and it's so much faster than using a flat iron. Perfect for Brisbane's humidity—my hair stays smooth all day.”

Sarah K. · Brisbane, QLD
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“I was sceptical about using it on wet hair, but it actually works. I towel-dry, brush through with this, and I'm out the door in 10 minutes. Great for Tassie winters when I just want to stay inside as long as possible before heading out.”

James T. · Hobart, TAS
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

“My daughter and I both use this now. It's lightweight, heats up super quick, and gives a really smooth finish without frying our hair. We've been using it daily for a few months in Perth and it's holding up well. Definitely worth it.”

Great Book with a different perspective
Format: Hardcover
This will be a short review of a very long book. I ordered the book expecting more of a history of the British Navy, but this is more of a history of Britain with respect to its navy. It is still excellent and authoritative, just different than I expected. I really appreciate a somewhat different perspective than I have found in some other books. For example, any discussion of Jackie Fisher I have read previously seemed to border on the hagiographic, whereas here he seems to get a very evenhanded appraisal. A great book, highly recommended.

The Details of the Height of British Naval Power
Format: Hardcover
This is the final volume in Rodger's three part series. This coves a lot of ground that includes Britain's height of imperial/naval hegemony and then its exhaustion after two world wars. Read this book if you want to learn about the details that actually go into an important national organization like the Royal Navy. Things like politics, administration, logistics, ship design, talent pipelines, engineering difficulties, etc. Rodgers goes deep. Things like: 1) Fire control on big guns on warships is a very hard technical challenge and wasn't really solved until the 2nd World War with more advanced electronics. 2) In the coal fired age of ships, most of the navy were coal stokers. The limit of range was actually their exhaustion, not how much coal was on board. 3) Twice the number of bombs were dropped on Malta in WW2 as on London during the Blitz! 4) Britain's naval dominance was tied to economic dominance and was sea power/trading based. Sea based trade is so powerful and economical that it was cheaper to ship a ton of coal by sea than train within Britain itself! 5) Britain had a monopoly over undersea cables for global communications. They used this as a weapon to spy on enemy communications and to cut off others access to the network. Sound familiar to the SWIFT banky network today? 6) Welsh coal was the best coal. So good that the Austo-Hungarian navy stockpiled before the war enough that they used it exclusively throughout WW1.

A clear and concise book
Format: Hardcover
Fascinating book. Berntsen provides some interesting insights and recommendations on how we should fix problems at the CIA and in the national security apparatus. At a time when most critics want to destroy the Agency, Berntsen provides some plain spoken sanity. Human Intelligence, Counterterrorism and National Leadership needs to be read by anyone entering into defense, foreign affairs or intelligence - and anyone else with an interest in how the CIA works. It is a fast and enjoyable read.
