Nước đường pha chế Maru – Hòa tan nhanh, vị ngọt hoàn hảo – Bí kíp tuyệt đỉnh dành cho món uống của mọi nhà!

Đây là loại mạch nha nhập khẩu trực tiếp từ Hàn Quốc, được làm từ siro hỗn hợp các loại đường bắp pha trộn đều với nhau, có màu trắng ngả vàng trong suốt, độ bền và độ đặc sệt rất cao, vị ngọt đậm nhưng không gắt giúp người dùng tiết kiệm đến 20% khi sử dụng.

Có thể dùng nước đường pha chế Maru để pha các loại thức uống như trà sữa, cocktail, mocktail, soda, nấu chè…độ hòa tan nhanh và hương vị ngọt thơm sẽ làm cho món uống trở nên đặc biệt và tiết kiệm được nhiều thời gian.

Ngoài ra, nước đường còn ứng dụng vào làm nguyên liệu chế biến các loại nước sốt bánh, kem, làm kẹo, đóng vai trò là chất kết dính cho một số món cần thiết như  bánh trung thu, mattang, gangjeong, hangwa, kẹo mạch nha, kẹo đậu phộng,…

Trong nấu ăn, khi dùng nước đường bắp để ướp gia vị sẽ giúp tạo nên màu sắc đẹp mắt với độ bóng sáng đầy hấp dẫn, đồng thời khử được mùi hôi của một số món ăn như thịt. Đối với các món kho, xào thì nước đường sẽ góp phần mang lại độ sánh mịn và mềm thơm ngọt hơn cho món ăn.

Trong ẩm thực Hàn thì các đầu bếp thường dùng nước đường để chế biến các món như ướp thịt bulgogi, sườn nướng, dakgalbi, tteokbokki, một số loại banchan…
