Kestrel 5500AG Agricultural Weather Meter with LiNK and Vane Mount

The Kestrel 5500AG Agricultural Weather Meter with LiNK and Vane Mount is a versatile and rugged tool designed for livestock and crop management. It provides the environmental data you need to make informed decisions on the farm. Whether assessing barn ventilation, making critical spraying decisions, or managing livestock heat stress, the Kestrel 5500AG delivers accurate, real-time measurements that help protect your livestock, crops, and overall operation.

Key Features:

  • Spray Management: The Kestrel 5500AG provides Delta T measurements, allowing you to assess acceptable spraying conditions and reduce the risk of spray drift. It automatically logs wind speed, wind direction, and Delta T to ensure compliance with spraying guidelines. The built-in compass helps you minimise drift by recording the wind direction, ensuring safe application every time.
  • Heat Stress Management with THI: The Temperature-Humidity Index (THI) is crucial for managing livestock heat stress. The Kestrel 5500AG calculates THI using NRC (1971) or Yousef (1985) methods, providing critical data to ensure animal well-being during transport and in the field.
  • Barn Ventilation Assessments: Proper ventilation is essential for maintaining livestock health. The Kestrel 5500AG measures airflow and wind speed to quickly assess ventilation, identify drafts, and measure the effectiveness of fans and duct systems without needing a separate calculator.
  • Microclimate Monitoring: Track microclimate conditions for storing grain, hay, and feed. The Kestrel 5500AG can be left in place to monitor and record environmental data over time, ensuring optimal harvesting, drying, and storage conditions.

Weather Measurements:

The Kestrel 5500AG provides a complete suite of weather and environmental measurements to support decision-making across agriculture and livestock operations:

  • Air Flow
  • Wind Speed
  • Altitude
  • Barometric Pressure
  • Crosswind
  • Delta T
  • Density Altitude
  • Dew Point Temperature
  • Wind Direction (Compass)
  • Headwind / Tailwind
  • Heat Stress Index
  • Relative Humidity
  • Station Pressure (Absolute Pressure)
  • Temperature
  • THI (Temperature-Humidity Index)
  • Wet Bulb Temperature (Psychrometric)

Built for Agriculture:

  • Rugged and Reliable: Built to withstand harsh farm environments, the Kestrel 5500AG is drop-tested to MIL-STD-810G standards and rated IP67 waterproof and dustproof, making it perfect for fieldwork in any conditions.
  • Portable and Compact: Small enough to fit in your pocket or glove box, the Kestrel 5500AG is always within reach. Its high-contrast graphic display is easy to read in both bright sunlight and low-light conditions.
  • Durable and Replaceable Components: The airflow impeller can be replaced in the field without tools, and the device comes with a lithium-ion battery that provides an average of 400 hours of use.

Creality K1 SE - Prints great with stock settings - needs a side spool mount
Set name: K2 SE, Set name: K2 SE
I bought the Creality K1 SE a little over a week ago. I had an Ender 3 S1 before this printer. The K1 SE is so, so much easier to print with right out of the box! I definitely recommend it. It's a good way to get the improvements that were built into Creality's K1C, but at a nicer price. Plus, you can install your own version of Klipper if you want. I've printed 10 or so things in PLA and PETG, and I haven't had any failed prints. The automatic bed leveling has just worked. I have not had any problems with bed adhesion. On the Ender 3 S1, I only used a textured PEI plate, but the smooth build plate on the K1 SE works fine. The extruder cooling fan also seems ok for what I've printed so far. I printed an overhang test and the 75 degree overhang looks fine, but it had trouble at 80 degrees. The bridging test looked ok. (The longest bridge was only 25 mm on that test however.) I've put the printer in a soft-sided enclosure that I had used for my old Ender 3 S1. (It's easy to find similar encolsures.) The LEDs on the K1 SE are bright enough to see inside which is something that I was concerned about before I purchased. However, this enclosure makes it difficult to access the back of the printer where the filament spool is mounted, so I designed a mount that clamps onto the side-bar - see the pictures. The files are on Printables - "Creality K1 SE Side Spool Mount".

Almost Good
Set name: K2 SE
The nozzle cleaning is completely ineffective. The wiper pushes material up the sides of the nozzle and melts onto the nozzle. The result is the nozzle leaves burnt debris on the prints. The calibration before each print only probes 5 points on the bed and the results are not satisfactory, with the nozzle being variously too close or too far from the bed. To adjust the z offset you have to go through several menus and the machine seems to not remember where you set it last time. Print quality is good except for VFAs. Part cooling fan is very loud at full speed.

Assembly Tricks And Tips.
Color: Dark Grey, Size: 5 Seat
All my packages came at same time. Assembly is in 3 phases, each box had the same complete instruction book, but each phase was not completely together in the same box. I immediately started opening boxes and just separated by letters. A's here, B's here. Not all A's or the other letters are the same, but it is very easy to follow the instructions. You won't get it mixed up. 3 hardware kits, it's pretty easy. Picture Book Difficulty :) The one large headboard piece was Letter M. There was no sticker on it, but there were no M stickers either. Pretty easy. It's not a thick grandma's pull-out bed type of couch, but seems sturdy. I probably should have got the 3 year warranty, and I only have one kid. This isn't a couch to front-flip off the island on to, but it is nice and comfy and seems to be worth the cost. Assembly took about 2-3 hours casually I think. I used impact drill. Luckily it's 1 screw head size, then the socket for the nuts basically (provided). Communication with seller was easy and transparent. Idk what else people might be looking for in these reviews. It smelled completely fine. Good purchase. They say to air it out for a while, but I just assembled it immediately it didn't mess up anything. OH! And a little trick for the double sided threaded bolts with no head, they can get stuck hand tightening it so tighten down one of the nuts all the way to the end of the exposed thread that sticks up, and you can thread those bolts that don't have a head WAY easier using the nut as the head. Then just loosen the nut back off of it. You'll understand what I mean. Thank You

Would buy again!!!
Color: Dark Grey, Size: 7 Seat
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Couch for Comfort, Space, and Style! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the SUAWY 108 Inch Sectional Sleeper. From the moment it arrived, I knew I made the right choice. Setup was straightforward, and the couch feels incredibly sturdy and well-built. The fabric is soft to the touch yet durable enough to handle everyday use, which is perfect for both lounging and having guests over. The size is exactly what I was looking for — spacious enough to seat a large group comfortably without feeling cramped. Whether I’m relaxing after work, having friends over, or stretching out for a nap, it provides more than enough room. The chaise and sleeper function are real game changers. The pull-out sleeper is surprisingly supportive and comfortable — not at all like the thin, saggy mattresses I’ve experienced with other sofa beds. My guests have all commented on how well they slept! I also love the storage space built into the sectional. It’s so convenient for keeping extra blankets, pillows, or even board games tucked away neatly. This design makes it feel like the couch was made with real-life use in mind, not just looks. Speaking of looks, the style is modern and clean, and it blends perfectly into my living room. The neutral tone makes it easy to decorate around, and it honestly makes the whole room look more put-together. Overall, this sectional sleeper has completely exceeded my expectations. It’s comfortable, practical, stylish, and worth every penny. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate — this is absolutely one of the best furniture investments I’ve made. I’m genuinely so happy every time I sit down on it, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a large, versatile sectional.

An okay sectional
Color: Dark Grey, Size: 5 Seat, Color: Dark Grey, Size: 5 Seat
I want to give my honest review of this couch. One significant difference in the actual couch vs the photos here is the back of the couch is actually much thinner than in the photos. It’s made with metal framing that is very thin covered in fabric with no sort of padding. Also, the back of the couch does not angle back far. Which makes the couch pretty uncomfortable, as your back is up at almost a 90 degree angle. The quality of the couch overall is good. It was easy to assemble and I didn’t really run into any issues in that regard. Like others have said. The cushions are quite thin and also not super soft. The couch is also quite low to the ground, so if you’re looking for that oversized super soft couch, this probably isn’t the one. I do love the pull out bed/chaise which is super nice, ans the storage is great too. For the cost of the couch I think the quality and comfort are good. I don’t love it, I don’t hate it.
