Common use:

Soothes bronchial, throat, sinus and respiratory health; supports fat metabolism; soothes stomach & gastrointestinal system; relieves temporary water weight gain; traditional blood purifier.

Other Uses:

Soothes dry, itchy skin (salve, skin wash, bath).

Suggested directions:

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over ½ to 1 teaspoonful of herb. Allow to steep 4-7 minutes, then strain. Drink 1- 2 cups of tea daily. If desired, add honey and/or lemon to taste.
