Ingredients: purified water, turmeric extract, glycerin, zinc gluconate, gum ghatti,

Directions for use:

Adults: 1-3 tubes per day

Children: 1/2 tube per day (2-4 years old), 1 tube per day (4 years and older)

Dissolve in 200-300 ml of water, milk or fruit juice
