Hierbij komt nog eens kijken dat deze wijn is gemaakt door TOP wijnhuis Michel Chapoutier, niet voor niets is dit wijnhuis hoog aangeschreven door Wijngoeroe Robert Parker. Dit prachtige wijnhuis behaalde zelfs afgelopen paar jaar met vijf wijnen de maximale score van 100 punten! De heer Michel Chapoutier wordt gezien als een levende legende, want hij weet als geen ander van elke oogst een top wijn te maken. Niet alleen in het hoge segment waar hij groot in is geworden maar ook voor deze Belleruche rosé. Want we kunnen wel stellen dat deze rosé echt fenomenaal is en een grote concurrent is voor menig top Côtes de Provence. De oude wijngaarden liggen in het hart van de Côtes du Rhône en zijn gevuld met de druiven Cinsault, Grenache Noir en Syrah. Omdat de wijngaard op leeftijd is geven de ranken voortreffelijke druiven. Maar dat gaat niet vanzelf want er is veel zon nodig om de druiven te laten rijpen en nog belangrijker er dient een frisse wind aanwezig te zijn in de wijngaarden. Door de frisheid is het groeiseizoen voor deze Belleruche rosé vredig en groeien de druiven langzaam op. De natuurlijke zuren die in de druiven voorkomen worden behouden wat vertaald in een frisse rosé.De oogst van de Côtes du Rhône rosé
Na een lange rijping en veel aandacht door de wijnmakers van Chapoutier zijn de druiven klaar om geoogst te worden. In de vroege ochtend als de druiven nog liggen te slapen worden ze geoogst. Chapoutier wil deze Belleruche rosé een frisse stijl mee geven daarom is het belangrijk om ze vroeg in de ochtend te oogst. Als de druiven nog liggen te slapen en hun frisheid behouden. In kleine kratjes worden ze vervoerd met een tractor naar Chapoutier. Bij aankomst worden ze op sorteertafels gelegd en streng gecontroleerd, alleen het beste sap mag in de fles terecht komen.De smaak van Belleruche rosé
In de geur een prachtig samenspel tussen rode vruchten zoals bessen, frambozen en kersen maar ook kleien nuances van grapefruit en grenadine. Excellent book, but NO chapters between books in the index

Excellent book, with a complete introduction that covers different points of view of the creation of such work of art, it can be seen that it was translated with a team of high academic preparation and knowledge on the subject. It was translated with a lot of precision, respect, professionalism and with much seriousness to the subject. The book is made with high quality and its pages are quite thick. The only mistake that I could notice and it is difficult for me not to be upset, is that they created the index and left out the chapters of each book. For me it is a gross error in comparison with other versions. It's the reason why I could not give 5 stars.

A much needed translation that turned out beautifully
Format: Hardcover
Two things make this translation of the Picatrix a must have for any fan of the work. First, it has an index, and it's a really nice index that is fairly complete. Second, the paragraphs are numbered, so we can refer to things as being mentioned in Picatrix 3.4.1, and then somebody else can go look it up and say, "Ha ha, good one." The translation seems to be really solid, too. It's a great edition.
