Ook rijk aan magnesium, kalium en calcium. De olie wordt veel gebruikt om in te bakken. Het is is een uitstekende droge olie. Er zijn mensen die het mengen met een andere olie en gebruiken als een natuurlijk parfum. Ook in enkele dure parfums wordt deze olie gebruik als hartnoot. Verzachtend bij een gevoelige en pijnlijke huid.
