Op de Medium past zo’n 4 tot 6 kilo vlees, dat je langzaam gaart, grilt of bakt. Maak bijvoorbeeld het populaire beer can chicken-recept, dat kan prima op de Big Green Egg Medium! Of maak onovertroffen gerechten met verse vis, schaaldieren of groente. En met de bijpassende convEGGtor en de Baking Stone verander je de Big Green Egg Medium in een handomdraai in een pizza-oven waarin je zelf de lekkerste pizza’s maakt.
