Wijnmakerij Wittmann bestaat al vele generaties. Philipp Wittmann runt nu de wijnmakerij in een lange familietraditie. De ouders, Elisabeth en Günter, zijn nog steeds actief betrokken, maar ze herkenden al heel vroeg het onstuitbare streven van hun zoon naar kwaliteit en leiderschapskwaliteiten. Op de biologische basis die zijn vader in 1990 legde, bouwt Philipp nu verder. Vader Günter Wittmann geloofde al langer niet meer in de traditionele manier van wijnbouw en schakelde daarom over op milieuvriendelijkere manieren om zijn druiven te verbouwen. Dat betekent ook dat er extra werk verzet moet worden. De familie bezit 25 hectare wijngaard, wat voornamelijk met Riesling beplant staat, maar ook Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris en Silvaner vind je hier in overvloed. Inmiddels staat zoon Philip, onder toeziend oog van zijn vader, aan het roer van het wijnhuis. De Pinot Noir druiven worden zorgvuldig en volledig met de hand geoogst. Aangekomen in de wijnmakerij volgt een strenge selectie, waarbij alleen de beste druiven geselecteerd worden. Hierdoor is Wittmann verzekerd van goede kwaliteit. De druiven worden vervolgens zacht geperst, waarna het sap een vergisting ondergaat in eikenhouten vaten. Na de nodige rust wordt de wijn gebotteld.Hoe smaakt de Wittmann Spatburgunder Trocken?
Met een paarsrode kleur verschijnt de Wittmann Spatburgunder Trocken in het glas. In de geur overduidelijk rode bessen aangevuld met lichte vanille tonen en kruidigheid. De smaak is lekker sappig met fijne zuren en lichte tannines. Een mooie zachte toegankelijke wijn met een kruidige afdronk.Shipping Notes

It is excellent bikini trimmer to trim overgrown hair. Works great and super easy to use. It's easy to handle, charges quickly, and trims without irritation. I like the 2 in 1 dual side design.
