I would call this a Small / Medium. I'm a Small or 5/6 dress and it fits me very well. There is quite a bit of stretch to the upper area which is which is why I say possibly a Medium fit as well. I would say pay most attention to the armholes and waist. As usual please refer to the below measurements for most accurate fit.
