Roost from the bike in front of you can shoot a rock at very high speed and actually dent the front of the master cylinder causing brake failure. It’s not common but does happen so the Factory Mechanics don’t want to take any chances. The protector snaps right into place. Run what the pros run, Nihilo Carbon!
