My favorite detail is that the angle of the bamboo scoop is much more angular instead of being very rounded like most bamboo matcha scoops. This is a difficult detail to achieve because it requires bending the bamboo even more, which requires master craftsmanship. This angle is appreciated because it allows you to scoop up more matcha at once.
